There’s nothing like some organic honey to wake up that morning third eye into activation with a handful of antioxidant blueberries! I eat about a cup of greek yogurt most mornings and thought I’d share that with you to give you an idea of what to have if you are counting proteins and want to hold on to your cell’s youthfulness. I also prefer the Molina Vanilla Extract over other extracts because they have a high bitter alcohol taste to them. Oh and another tip is, I’ve also found that granola has been a great replacement for bread and pastries!
